Effective 04/01/2001 GivenHansco will be modifying our support policy regarding Termulator and Termulator II as follows:

  1. We will continue to provide free support but ONLY via email. The expected turnaround time is 1-2 business days. Email your support request to: tlsupport@givenhansco.com
This has become necessary for the following reasons:
  1. The increasing cost of maintaining staff to answer support questions.
  2. The increase in the number of support calls not directly related to Termulator.
  3. Our desire to maintain the current pricing of Termulator.
We will continue to provide the best possible support to our valued Termulator customers.
