Termulator Support Policy |

Effective 04/01/2001 GivenHansco will be modifying our support policy regarding Termulator and Termulator II as follows:
- We will continue to provide free support but ONLY via email. The expected turnaround time is 1-2 business days. Email your support request to: tlsupport@givenhansco.com
This has become necessary for the following reasons:
- The increasing cost of maintaining staff to answer support questions.
- The increase in the number of support calls not directly related to Termulator.
- Our desire to maintain the current pricing of Termulator.
We will continue to provide the best possible support to our valued Termulator customers.
